hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"0\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Senador Ominami apoya a maestra en la Suprema<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"NormalP\"><em><strong>25 de abril, 2008 (Opusgay.cl).-<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Con el respaldo de unas cincuenta organizaciones sociales, senadores y diputados, la profesora Sandra Pavez entreg\u00f3 hoy a la Corte Suprema una carta de repudio por el fallo del pasado 17 de abril que le impide hacer clases s\u00f3lo porque es lesbiana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalP\">En la ocasi\u00f3n Pavez cont\u00f3 con, entre otros, con la compa\u00f1\u00eda del senador Carlos Ominami, del director del Colegio de Profesores, Jorge Pavez, de Genera Ideas y Acciones Colectivas, de Amnist\u00eda Internacional y del Movimiento de Integraci\u00f3n y Liberaci\u00f3n Homosexual (Movillh), este \u00faltimo organizador de la protesta en el frontis de Palacio de Tribunales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalP\">Durante la manifestaci\u00f3n, se instal\u00f3 en el frontis de la Corte Suprema la bandera del Vaticano y el Derecho Can\u00f3nico para simbolizar que\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;nuestro Poder Judicial se rige por las doctrina del catolicismo y no por la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y los tratados internacionales ratificados por Chile&#8221;,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0sostuvo el presidente del Movilh, Rolando Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalP\">En tanto Ominami advirti\u00f3 que la Corte Suprema ya tiene\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;una historia de vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos humanos de las minor\u00edas sexuales&#8221;,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0por lo cual expres\u00f3 toda su solidaridad a la maestra, quien tambi\u00e9n cuenta con el apoyo de toda la comunidad escolar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalP\">La carta entregada por Pavez fue firmada por unas 200 personas y unas 50 organizaciones sociales de diversas partes del mundo que han visto como\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;la justicia Chilena sentencia en funci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Can\u00f3nico&#8221;.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalP\">A la pac\u00edfica manifestaci\u00f3n, seguir\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximas semanas y meses querellas, una demanda contra el Estado de Chile ante la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y programas especiales de televisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalP\"><strong><em>Notas
